- Minimum of B.SC / H.N.D in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Brewing Science etc
- Minimum of post N.Y.S.C
- To be given an extensive brewing training
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer skills
- Must not be more than 27 years
