Skills and competence
Minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division) university degree or its equivalent
Possess N.Y.S.C discharge Certificate.
Proficiency in the use of basic Microsoft Computer applications e.g. Word, Excel, Power-soft etc.
Not older than 27 years old
