Shift Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Appointee will have responsibility for efficiently and effectively managing available resources (Man, Machine and Material) in the production of good quality pasta products
• He/She will plan and implement the standard operating procedures and achieve improved product quality and efficiency in the factory

Qualifications & Experience:
• The ideal appointee must be an individual with a ” can do attitude” with hands-on approach
• A good team leader who will must have managed at least 90 shift workers
• A B.SC or H.N.D in chemical engineering, food technology or related fields with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Officer

Qualification(s)
A B. SC/H.N.D in any Engineering field

Job Experience & skills
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years post qualifications experience in a multinational company

Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, passion to share knowledge with others, strong facilitation skills and strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities
Appointee will be required to facilitate the implementation of the site TPM program, deliver continuous training on TPM to all staff

Lead/facilitate problem solving session with project/shop-floor teams and write a monthly TPM progress report
